COVID-19 Mindfulness and Resilience Resources
The great poet Hafiz wrote: “Need brings us together; that makes need sacred.” The “perverse blessing of this time” is that this is the soil out of which we grow the crop of love, connection, clarity, creativity, wisdom, and intelligence. In that spirit, we’ve created this list of resources that nourish us so that we may be strong and of benefit to those who need us. If you have something you’d like to add to our list, please send an email to vicki@mindfulnessutah.com. May all beings be at peace.

This is a Tibetan Buddhist organization that is led by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. They have a very organized online presence. Recently, one of Mingyur Rinpoche’s senior students, Cortland Dahl, gave a very sweet talk, “Finding Balance in Times of Crisis – Meditation for Stress and Anxiety.” Here is the link to that talk.
